Thank you for taking the time to visit my website. I am a Florida native, with most of those years spent growing up and living exclusively in Brevard County. I am married to a veteran and absolutely love to work with our first responders and veterans in order to give back to them for their sacrifice and service. As a former paralegal specializing in contract law and civil litigation, I bring that knowledge with me into my Brokerage - giving you, the customer, a leading edge in knowledge of both the real estate industry and the laws surrounding it. After working as a Realtor Sales Associate for many years with several large companies throughout Brevard, I am pleased to have been able to finally open my own brokerage in 2016. This allows me to offer my sellers much more flexible commission plans, and to provide all of my clients with a more personalized service. We recently had an awful experience with not one, but two realtors (selling agent in Miami & buyer's agent here Brevard. The transition here was a disaster partly because the realtors were not attentive to details or our personal needs. This was not the case with Sheri.
We really didn't want to use a realtor again since we lost confidence in the industry, but a property we were interested in seeing was listed with Sheri. She was extremely personable and friendly.
